Improve project collaboration with Xcelerator Share and Solid Edge
Instantly, securely, and easily collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers with Siemens’ next-generation, cloud-based collaboration solution, Xcelerator Share – now available through a monthly or annual Solid Edge SaaS subscription, as well as with online purchases of select Solid Edge portfolio products.
Make the most of your software with Solid Edge SaaS
Solid Edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions connect you to the cloud and provide the opportunity to subscribe to software and services based on your needs. With Solid Edge SaaS, you can lower IT overhead, manage costs, and easily scale your business, plus access extra features only available through a SaaS subscription. Solid Edge SaaS, which includes Xcelerator Share, provides the same powerful product development software you expect while also offering next-generation collaboration tools, Augmented Reality (AR) capabilities, the ability to access your design data anywhere at any time from any device, and much more.
Get the features you want when you need them with flexible licensing
Solid Edge Value-Based Licensing allows you to choose to add on specific capabilities you want when you need them. This flexible licensing option – available through a Solid Edge SaaS subscription – gives you instant access to powerful tools, including Generative Design Pro, Point Cloud Visualization, Electrical Routing, PCB Collaboration, Advanced PMI, Simulation, and Solid Edge XpresRoute. With a flexible token system, mix and match add-on products as needed.
Design outsourcing work is very dependent on the customer’s situation. With the monthly subscription, if the outsourced work increases in the future, then the number of monthly licenses can easily be increased based on the work amount or, alternatively, the licenses can be reduced by the decreased amount. We believe that this flexibility is a great fit for our work.
